Interfaith Iftar Dinner
An Iftar dinner was graciously hosted by the worthy Dr. Sardar Ghias Gul Khan, City Police Officer Gujranwala, on the 9 th day of March 2026 at Alkaram Hotel, Gujranwala, to promote harmony, goodwill, and mutual respect among different segments of society. The gathering brought together prominent religious scholars, social activists, political leaders, community representatives, and members of civil society from various walks of life.
The event provided a valuable opportunity for participants to engage in meaningful interaction and strengthen the spirit of unity during the holy month of Ramadan. As a representative of the Christian community, I also participated in this Iftar dinner, which reflected a strong message of interfaith harmony and peaceful coexistence. Such initiatives play a vital role in building bridges between communities and fostering an environment of tolerance, respect, and cooperation for the collective peace and prosperity of society. Participants appreciated the efforts of the City Police Officer for organizing this inclusive and thoughtful gathering.
