On September 16, 2025, a distinguished delegation led by Shahzad Lawrence, an educationist and a member of the District Peace Committee of Gujranwala, along with Reverend Arif Siraj and other notable members of the Presbyterian church of Pakistan, paid a goodwill visit to Nankana Sahib. The purpose of the visit was to promote interfaith harmony and express appreciation for the law enforcement agencies’ role in safeguarding minority communities.
The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Faraz Ahmad, District Police Officer (DPO) Nankana Sahib, at his office. The meeting was held in a cordial atmosphere, marked by mutual respect and a shared vision for peace and coexistence.
