The Youm-e-Takbeer ceremony

I received an invitation to invite other Christian religious leaders to participate in the Youm-e-Takbeer ceremony, which was held the next day, on May 28, 2025, at the DC office in Gujranwala. Later on, I invited some pasters of various denominations.

Youm-e-Takbeer was commemorated with great enthusiasm on May 28, 2025, with a dignified ceremony held at the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Office to mark Pakistan’s historic achievement in becoming a nuclear power. The event drew participants from various sectors of society, reflecting national unity and pride in the country’s strength and sovereignty.

The ceremony began with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the recitation of the National Anthem. A special prayer was offered for the progress, peace, and security of Pakistan, acknowledging the sacrifices and dedication of those who contributed to the nation’s defense. The solemn atmosphere was filled with patriotic spirit, as attendees paid tribute to this pivotal moment in the country’s history.

After the formal ceremony, a rally was organized under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Mr.
Naveed Ahmad. The rally served as a public demonstration of unity and patriotism, engaging citizens in a peaceful and organized manner. Authorities ensured proper arrangements and security, allowing people to participate with enthusiasm and pride.

The rally began at the DC Office and concluded at Dastagir Chowk, covering a significant route through the heart of Gujranwala. Participants carried national flags and banners bearing patriotic messages. The streets echoed with slogans praising Pakistan and reaffirming loyalty to the country, creating a vibrant and emotional atmosphere.
