Celebrations of Eid Milad Un Nabi 2023
This Sacred month grants us an opportunity to wish Eid Milad Un Nabi to people living around us. This step is very positive and good.
Today, I visited Jamia Awasia Quadria Rizvia Sadiq Ul Uloom here on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
Peer Muhammad Naseer Ahmad Awasi welcomed me and expressed his deep feelings towards this initiative to Greet the Muslim community in accordance with the celebrations of Eid Milad Un Nabi.
I visited Madrassa where female students are getting an education. Peer Muhammad Awasi informed me female students are getting free religious education.
I also visited the library of Jamaia Awasia where Peer Muhammad Naseer Awasi briefed him about the collection of books.
Peer Muhammad Naseer Awasi appreciated my role for hard work in connection with the promotion of interfaith dialogue and harmony in society.
Peer Muhammad Naseer Ahmad Awasi and I highlighted and appreciated Commissioner Gujranwala Mr. Naveed Haider Sherazi and Deputy Commissioner Mr. Fayyaz Ahmad Mohal for providing such a ground in the shape of a peace committee where all people can perform their positive role to promote harmony and tolerance.
The tragic incident of Jaranwala was the worst example of intolerance and ignorance. To avoid such incidents in the future, meetings with local religious leaders are positive and practical measures to promote inter-faith harmony in society.
